1. General Conditions
İstanbul Enstitüsü adopts a fair and transparent refund policy for the online general Turkish language courses (A1-C2 levels), sectoral programs, and individual lessons it offers. Refund and cancellation terms may vary depending on the nature of the service purchased. This policy has been drafted in compliance with international standards and consumer rights.
2. Refund Terms for General Turkish Courses (A1-C2)
A full refund without deductions is made if the request is submitted in writing (via email) at least 48 hours prior to the course start date, regardless of whether it involves digital content or live group instruction.
No refunds are issued for refund requests made after the course has started or after digital access has been granted, as a portion of the lessons has already been consumed.
3. Sectoral Programs and Individual Lessons
For sectoral programs and individual (one-on-one) lessons prepared tailored to individuals through the contact form or special offers, the paid amount is refunded if the cancellation request is submitted before the official commencement of the lessons or training planning.
No refunds or make-up sessions are provided for individual lesson slots that are not canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled and reserved time, or which the participant fails to attend.
4. Duration and Method of Refund Procedures
Following the approval of your refund request, the time required for the amount to be reflected in your bank account or on your credit card varies depending on your bank's processing procedures (typically taking between 7 and 14 business days). Refunds are processed through your original payment method.
